TractionPro Feedrolls with replaceable inserts provide a longlasting, effective and convenient solution to keep up with debarker feedroll maintenance and performance. Extremely durable, high alloy replaceable inserts stand up in harsh conditions, ensuring a superior grip of logs and debarking efficiency. Inserts are available in three different options including: Serrated, Spiked, and Carbide A.R.M. TractionPro Feedrolls and Replaceable Flight Kits are now available to order.

FLIGHT INSERTS

  • Made of high alloy steel

  • Three different insert models are designed to prevent log spinning in specific debarking conditions and can be combined as needed

  • Inserts are designed to fit both left and right flights, reducing inventory to warehouse

  • Tight tolerance holes fastened with hex head bolts reduce insert movement

 

TRACTIONPRO FLIGHTS

DESIGN
Patented TractionPro adapter and patent pending insert design minimize movement of the inserts within the adapter in all directions, preventing wear on the barrel of the feedroll, increasing its life and ability to repair

ADAPTERS
Adapters are able to be 100% welded on to the roll for added support and strength

INSERTS
Highly durable, high alloy steel inserts are extremely long lasting and proven to stand up in harsh conditions

FLIGHT KITS
