Webco Mill Supply grate rebuilds consist of cutting out the worn grating, replacing with a new roll formed AR500 from grating, inspection of all mounting holes on the frame, new bushings and repaint.

Rotor Shaft Assembly
Wood hogs are put thru the test each and every day with harsh working conditions that are unforgiving. Ensure your wood hog is providing you with long lasting profitable operations. Regardless of what Make, Model & Size you may have, the rotor assembly is the key component and if not properly balanced will cause your operations a tremendous amount of unplanned maintenance. Maintenance costs will drastically increase from premature bearing failures, screen/grate damage, excessive or uneven wear issues.
Webco Mill Supply Ltd. has a knowledgeable team, technical skills and equipment required to rebuild, turn, dynamical balance, straighten, align your worn or damaged rotor. Send us that old worn rotor in the back yard, we can quote it accordingly. Some rotors take over 200 hrs or buildup and recondition. And YES, doing the buildup is less expensive than a new rotor! Any high wear areas can be capped with a stainless steel overlay for better lubricity for material flow and also corrosion protection.
