Centering & Press Rolls

Centering rolls and press rolls ensure a good grip of the log at the beginning of the debarking process and an accurate control of the log into the debarker’s infeed rolls. We manufacture new rolls and also rebuild rolls - from replacing damaged shafts to replacing worn guide rings.

When repairing centering rolls, we offer a hard surfacing treatment to prolong the life of the sharp edge of the centering rings.

Press ROLLS

Worn press rolls flights are built up and then finished with a carbide wearproofing application for superior gripping and durability.
